Our flavored coffees are fresh roasted and flavored immediately after cooling to room temperature. Adding the flavoring any sooner will result in a less than complete cup of coffee, as the flavoring evaporates rather than being absorbed by the coffee beans.

Our delectable treats are created with top-quality flavorings and we start with high quality beans. “Brazil Monte Carmelo“ is our choice of coffee for our flavored coffees,. We have found that the mellow taste of the coffee allows the flavoring to blend with the coffee instead of being overpowered by it. Brazil Monte Carmelo is generally a nutty coffee and tends to have less natural sweetness than other coffees.

For our decaffeinated flavors, we use Colombian Taloca MC so that our decaffeinated coffee lovers get the very best in flavored varieties.
